What to Expect with SAAT Allergy Treatment

SAAT (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment) offers a unique approach to addressing individual allergies, aiming for long-lasting relief, often for several years or even a lifetime. Here's what you should know:

During Treatment:

Individual Allergies Targeted: We focus on specific allergies and can typically address 3 to 5 of them in a single session.

Long-Term Relief: Our goal is to eliminate your allergy symptoms for an extended period.

Important Considerations:

Needle or Adhesive/Metal Allergies: If you have an allergy to needles, adhesives, or metals, it's important to inform us. For adhesive or metal allergies, we have a needle-free protocol that requires one month of oral spray use before your initial appointment to ensure you can tolerate the treatment.

Specific Allergies Only: SAAT is designed to treat individual allergens. We cannot treat broad categories like "Trees," "Mold," or "Grass." However, if you know the specific tree, mold, or grass you are allergic to (e.g., oak tree pollen, Aspergillus mold, rye grass), we can address that.

Helpful Information: If you've had allergy testing with an allergist and know your specific allergens, please share that information with us.

Addressing Ineffectiveness: If the initial treatment isn't as effective as expected, it often indicates a co-allergy that needs to be identified and treated.

Breaking Down Complex Allergies: For some allergies, like eggs, we may need to test and treat individual components (e.g., egg whites or egg yolks).

Intolerances Also Addressed: SAAT can also be an effective treatment for intolerances as well.

Knowledge is Power: While we will be testing, coming prepared with information about your specific sensitivities is very helpful. For less common issues, we may need to discuss and obtain specialized equipment.

Leave Your Ears Alone: Please do not clean your ears before your appointment.
